1. General Terms

PT Wananta Living operates villa accommodations and hospitality management services in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. All bookings, payments, and guest interactions are managed under PT Wananta Living’s policies and supervision. Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or enter into a contractual agreement with us.

2. Bookings and Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure a booking, guests may be required to provide valid identification and payment information. PT Wananta Living reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in the event of inaccurate details, fraud suspicion, or unavoidable operational issues.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Guests are required to present a valid passport or ID upon arrival for registration as per local government regulations.

4. Payment Policy

Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or through authorized booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com). A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due upon arrival or as agreed. Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or other currencies as specified. Any bank transfer fees must be covered by the guest.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or the booking platform used. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing relative to the check-in date. Non-refundable bookings or no-shows will not be eligible for any refund. PT Wananta Living reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters or safety concerns.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must maintain the villa and its contents in good condition. Any damages caused by guests or their visitors will be charged accordingly. Smoking inside the villa, illegal activities, or actions disturbing other guests or neighbors are strictly prohibited. PT Wananta Living reserves the right to evict guests violating these terms without refund.

7. Liability

While PT Wananta Living takes all necessary precautions to ensure guest safety, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal property occurring within our premises. Guests are encouraged to use personal safes provided and secure their belongings at all times.

8. Force Majeure

PT Wananta Living shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or failures to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other force majeure events.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal information collected from guests is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for booking and operational purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, through the competent courts in Gianyar, Bali.
